Objectives
Having already developed Quorn into a strong brand within the Belgian retail sector, GSB was asked to drive growth in the foodservice market.

Response
A strong partnership was initially developed with Solucious, quickly followed by the appointment of the top 5 wholesalers resulting in national sales coverage in Belgium and Luxemburg for both social and commercial catering. Intensive training, education and tasting programs by selected and trained Quorn home economists were developed to convince the clients to put Quorn on their menus.

GSB also helps negotiate and implement listings as well as plan and support product launches.

Results
Quorn foodservice growth has been accelerating since 2010 in line with GSB planning. Quorn is now the leading meat -free brand in the catering sector
