Retail Inspiration Show at Delhaize
Food innovation clearly drives dynamism in retail. It acts like an attraction pool pulling in new shoppers and appealing to the existing ones. Consumers want to be surprised. Green Seed organized its first Retail Inspiration Show for the Belgian retailer Delhaize in February 2017. The Green Seed international network identified in their markets products which would bring something distinctively new to the Belgian market. The selection fitted with one of the 4 key pillars “Health”, “Authenticity”, “Indulgence” and “Organic”. Over 250 companies were screened which resulted in over 50 innovative concepts from all over the world being presented at the Show to the buying teams.
