Green Seed Belgium supports World Meat Free Day in Belgium

Feeding the growing world population is a big challenge. Sustainable food will be a key driver to achieve these goals and save our planet. On June 12th we motivate all consumers to have a meat-free diet. The impact of switching towards only one plant based menu is the carbon equivalent of boiling 388 kettles or 8 days of personal water use. The campaign is being rolled out by International Food Marketing company Belgium, Green Seed, through the major foodservice operators such as Compass, Solucious or Aramark. Company restaurants of ING Bank, European Institutions, Belfius, BASF, BNP-Paribas, NMBS/SNCB or Hogeschool Gent to name only a few, are participating.  Quorn products will be a key ingredient in the dishes served.
