The Nutrition Report is an annual, representative study published by the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL, since 2023: BMLEH). 7. Transparency and nutrition labelling
90% notice the Nutri-Score when shopping (2021: 44%)

64% pay attention to less sugar (2019: 58%), 21% to less salt, 54% to less fat
