Nicole Günther

Managing Director

Since July 2017, Nicole leads Green Seed Germany as Managing Director. She joined the business in 2007 from Lavazza Coffee in Frankfurt, where she worked as a Brand & Trade Marketing Manager. Prior to her time at Lavazza, she was part of the marketing team at Gillette. Nicole graduated in International Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden. Her level of English reflects her many stays in the UK.

Konstantin Uplegger

Managing Director

Konstantin joined Green Seed Germany in 2017. Graduating in Retail Management and International Business Development, Konstantin gained extensive experience in marketing and buying positions at German and UK based retailers. Before taking over Green Seed Germany in July 2017 as new owner, he had several responsibilities including brand development, expansion, and logistics within the family business Uplegger Group.

O-Kyung Kwon

Marketing & Sales

After graduating from university, O-Kyung started her career in marketing at the Korean Trade-Investment Promotion Agency to explore and gain experience in various packaged goods industries. Following her first visit to Anuga, she decided to follow a career in food. She joined CJ Mainfrost Foods (a leading Asian food specialist) in 2017 as a Marketing Analyst, responsible for NPD for the European market before joining Green Seed Germany team in 2021.

Esther Engelke

Marketing & Sales

Esther Engelke, who began her career at Jack Wolfskin, joined Green Seed in December 2023. Her last role was as Senior Project Manager Marketing & Sales at Dr. Kuhl Consultancy. Esther’s diverse experience, fueled by her passion for travel, has given her a unique perspective that is invaluable for our team’s innovative and strategic endeavors.
